Edge-on-Hudson Makes History | Meet the Master Developers

A Joint Venture Makes History

Opening The Shoreline At Last

It took General Motors over 15 years of careful thinking and planning to finally open the Sleepy Hollow shoreline to new generations. A string of developers recognized the potential of a new Hudson riverside project on the 70-acre site of the former assembly plant. It took the joint venture of Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development, LLC, to lead the $800 million redevelopment plan.
