Construction is making progress on One Kingsland, a riverfront neighborhood in the Edge-on-Hudson development in Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County. Following the first phase of the project, which yielded 28 residences and launched in June 2025, the second phase includes 28 additional townhomes. Both phases were designed and developed by Sun Homes.

The new four-story townhomes range from 2,955 to 3,833 square feet and include private elevators, fireplaces, and two-car garages. Amenities include a clubhouse with a 75-foot outdoor lap pool, a fitness center, lounge spaces, and a club room with indoor-outdoor entertaining areas. The outdoor deck will feature cabanas and shaded seating areas.

“The success of the first wave of townhouses at One Kingsland demonstrated that these homes resonate with modern lifestyles,” said Peter Chavkin, managing partner, Development at Sun Homes, developer of the project. “This next release promises to meet the same high standard that enabled the first phase to resonate so strongly with buyers today.”
