The Daymark Brings Luxury Living to Sleepy Hollow

If you’ve ever dreamed about living right on the water in Westchester, you may want to take a look at The Daymark, coming soon to the Edge-on-Hudson development in Sleepy Hollow. The new 100 condominium residences, which are currently under construction, will feature architecture and interior spaces imagined by COOKFOX, a leader in biophilic design – a movement that aims to bring connectivity between the natural environment and its inhabitants. The Daymark is designed to be fully integrated into the surrounding community, introducing 9,000 square feet of premium retail space and Edge-on-Hudson’s first waterfront restaurant.

The Daymark’s outdoor space will be highlighted by two waterfront courtyards

This location will offer residents quick access to New York City by either train or car. Within walking distance of two Metro-North train stations (Tarrytown and Philipse Manor), the property is just 40 minutes away from midtown Manhattan by train.

The condo development will contain one, two-, and three-bedroom condominiums as well as townhome-style residences with private entrances. All homes will feature nine-foot ceilings, washers and fully vented dryers, oak entry doors, and powder rooms. The condos will also include COOKFOX kitchens that include gas cooktops, ovens, integrated refrigerators and freezers and herringbone mosaic marble backsplashes, as well as fully integrated microwaves and dishwashers. A fresh air filtration system and large windows will be present in every home.

Interior features will include insulated glass picture windows and engineered wide plank flooring with herringbone entry accents.

The shared amenities space will also feature two waterfront courtyards to soak up those river views. The west courtyard will have a pool and sundeck, hot tub, fire pit, pergola, and lounge seating areas. The east courtyard boasts barbecue grills, alfresco dining spaces, and a viewing terrace.

Inside each building, the shared amenities will continue. There will be a screening room, a library with fireplaces, a co-working lounge with a private meeting room and study, and even an events room with a private kitchen and dining room. A coffee bar, a fitness center by Aktiv, yoga studio, children’s playroom, and a pet spa will also be included. Another resident lounge with feature billiards as well as an extra-large television, card table, and outdoor access. As if that’s not enough, residences will also have a concierge and storage on every residential floor, plus separate bicycle storage.

While initial occupancy is planned for 2025, you may need to act fast if you’re interested in embracing The Daymark’s riverfront lifestyle. As of early September, 25 percent of the 100 homes in the development were under contract. When fully complete, the Edge-on-Hudson neighborhood – located on the former General Motors property along the Sleepy Hollow riverfront – will include over 1,100 townhouses, condos, and apartments, a 140-room boutique hotel, 135,000 square feet of retail space, 35,000 square feet of office space, and more than 16 acres of new parkland.
